Antitrust Policy

The Atlanta Air Cargo Association strictly requires all members and committees to comply with U.S. antitrust laws.

The association prohibits any discussions, agreements, or exchanges of information that could fix prices, allocate markets, refuse to deal, or otherwise restrain trade.
